We believe individual leaders, organizations, and communities can realize and step into that power and ultimately achieve their highest dreams of equity and justice. It is then that we leaders heal from the limiting beliefs required to survive and uphold systemic inequity. When leaders can access their essential gifts and operate from a place of choice we call that Liberated Leadership.
WHAT WE DO
Community Equity Partners inspires the liberation and action of leaders through a coaching model that is heart-centered and built upon an anti-oppression analysis of people, organizations, and systems. We believe coaching provides a level of depth and intimacy that can't be matched by trainings alone. To this end, we offer four types of coaching to match each organization's specific needs.
CEP offers dynamic group workshops and team coaching focused on building equity-leadership and competence within large groups and organizations.
We believe innovation and transformation happens at the level of individual leadership, institutional power, and cultural norms and values.
To build a culture of equity and inclusion, we coach and train leaders to build authentic relationships across race.
Equity-driven coaching helps senior-level education leaders disrupt patterns of racial inequity within themselves, their relationships, schools, and organizations.
