About Community Equity Partners
We imagine a world where people of color access their inherent wisdom, power, and humanity to dream, lead, and act with alignment to their values of equity and justice.
Community Equity Partners inspires the liberation and action of leaders through a coaching model that is heart-centered and built upon an anti-oppression analysis of people, organizations, and systems.
For leaders, our coaching honors their essence and full humanity as well as the ways in which they have learned to survive and navigate white-dominant culture within their institutions and communities. Our coaching also empowers leaders to see the forces of systemic oppression operating around and within them. Together, we witness leaders discovering their resourcefulness and inherent power to transform these limiting beliefs into strategies and possibility.
In service of our vision, we also coach leaders in cross-racial teams where white leaders and leaders of color work together in authentic partnership to solve the critical challenges of equity and inclusion within their organizations. Cross-racial coaching centers on the experiences of people of color while supporting the development of awareness, systemic analysis, and action for all leaders.
We will see equity in communities of color when leaders have a systemic awareness of oppression, authentic cross-racial relationships, and the agency to transform culture and systems.
